Great service from Mr Delivery

Ordered McD's from Mr Delivery yesterday evening and when the order arrived, there was one mistake - a beef burger instead of a chicken burger. No big problem, but we notified Mr Delivery. What a lovely change from the usual disinterested 'customer service'! Within 5 minutes, a representative had contacted us, asked for pictures and within half an hour, the money for the incorrect order had been refunded. Now that is customer service.
