Great empathetic employee

Made a purchase that had a estimated delivery date of 27 May 2021. Towards that date, estimated delivery date changed to June and it got me panicking. The delay was caused by one of the products that hadnt been shipped from the supplier. When i called i was luck to havr been assisted by Tevin. He calmed me down as i was panicking. Explained that my order was split to ensure that it arrives as per festimated date on purchase. He ****her asked me to keep an eye on my messages and emails, inform them when i receive such for them to expedite the delivery for that day even if its before the estimated delivery date. Order delivered as peomised and glad i met a consultant who was assuring, empathising and understanding... Great employee you have on Tevin
