Good unless it's not

I often use them and with there's no issue it's all very quick and efficient. But then when it fails and you report the issue, they just ignore you. You sit starving with a wrong order and an hour later (a phone call, an email and onsite report) no action to fix it, just automated emails saying it's noted.
