Giving codes that don't work & receiving food that's all mushed up

Ever since I started using the app from day one I got a code to use to get R80 off. Every single time it will not work keeps telling me it expired. How can you send me a code that expired before I started using it. And the. I made an order with one of your restaurants and the shawarma came looking like a dog vomited it up. I was so disgusted. Couldn't even eat it as it was so bad.
