Give this woman a Pay Raise

Charmaine is fantastic! I use Mr Delivery quite frequently for a treat every now and then or when I forgot my Lunch at home and this woman is the best agent you have at the Sandton Branch. She is super energetic and helpful when she calls to confirm an order or manage a query. I always feel like she cares deeply for her clients and that she has real concern and appreciation. She is the best agent you have and her customer service could rival that of DSTV which has a fairly good call centre. Thank you for the great service Charmaine and keep up the good work!
