Give them a chance

Have had 2 separate incidents from different restaurants with atrocious food and service and Mr. D had been very efficient in their customer handling. Most of the time it is not them that is the issue, but try handling thousands of restaurants and you will be on the receiving end of disgruntled customers with unfair reviews that wasn't even Mr. D's fault to start with. I am not affiliated with them.
