Ghosted after complaining

I have constant issues with this company. They refuse to do anything about the actual problems and instead try pacify you with amounts added to a wallet making you have to continue using their services to redeem the amount. I have been in a back and forward with this company for the past week, where after receiving undercooked food with foreign objects in it, decided they would throw a R32 coupon code at me for a R400 order that was inedible and unsafe. They have since decided to just outright ignore my emails. This is disgusting. They're lucky I just want my money back and not potential medical bills after having found the food unsafe to eat. I understand they are just the facilitator, but by taking that role, they are liable for the fallout of poor service delivery.
