Getting unsatisfactory service

I have placed an order today for the food from Spur in Vincent Park, East London. Their delivery took more than their stipulated time and what is worse I got the wrong order. This is not the first time that is happening with my order using Mr. D Food in East London.

Instead of getting the food that I have ordered I have to satisfy their needs and not mine. Up to now I have not been assisted to get my food meanwhile I am dying of hunger due to my illness.

I really do not think that this Mr. D Food cares and professional together with Spur at Vincent Park in East London in the Eastern Cape. They are happy where they are because they have received their money and for them, nothing else matters.
