Gets my order wrong. & very rude driver.

I ordered food for our managers for a meeting. I called Mr Delivery. It took about 15 minutes to place the order. I had to repeat it many times. Then I was called back because the credit card number was not taken down correctly. Then we wait an hour. I get a call that the driver is near by. That's all I hear. So I walk to reception and see a Mr Delivery driver. I said is that our order, as reception calls us when we get deliveries and I got no call. The woman responds rudely that I don't get a call. I get lunch. Then she says where is the credit card as she wants to make an impression. I says it's not my card and nobody said I must present the card. Her whole demeanour was so rude. She says she had no clue why Mr D called me to say she was near by. She obviously didn't tell reception she was there. Then I see the drinks order in wrong. What a disaster. Food received 80 min after ordering. Very rude driver. & wrong order. Utterly miserable service.
