A small, simple order took way too long to be delivered.Support on ongoing orders wasn't up to my satisfaction. The fact that you can't contact the restaurant to find out why an order is taking too long, or cancel an order is very annoying. I don't think it's the support desk's fault but I'm still annoyed nonetheless.
