GET IT TOGETHER MR DELIVERY

So today 23/9/2015 I tried to place an order with Mr Delivery Constantia. Firstly I understand that staff have to start somewhere and I am a very patient person but the lady that assisted me was not very helpful and had to refer back to someone else for answers as well as I had to repeat myself more than once. The first attempt to order was for Rib Cage - I was told it was open so here I go ahead and want to order, as stipulated in the book, a 300g ribs, 1/4 chicken and chip combo only to be told that Rib Cage does not do that only 300g ribs, 1/2 chicken and chip combo. I then had to order that and what ever else i needed. About a min later after the order I was called to say that Rib cage is closed. VERY VERY VERY FRUSTRATING. So here I go again on a search for supper. Second attempt to order - Cosy Corner. I wanted a half Chargrilled Beef Pattie Gatsby only once again to be told they don't do this even though once again it is in the book. On top of this having to repeat myself with the operator. I was so ****ed off I called Cosy Corner only to be told it can be done. I order a lot at Mr Delivery very disappointed. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!!
