Furious at lack of service delivery
Food is never delivered on time, drivers cancelling orders after an hour of waiting, drivers completing orders before customer receives their food. Complaints fall on deaf ears. Disgusted and appalled at service delivery.

The person at the call centre was rude, and unhelpful. Asked me to give him 5 minutes and I'd have my order delivered to me. It's been 35 minutes no, and absolutely no feedback from call centre or driver.
I want a full refund (not credit to the app wallet), as I will NEVER be placing any orders through this failed service!
