Funds taken, order was wrong. CREDIT/REFUND!

I placed an order with MR delivery yesterday (DFD***)

The order was not complete. The store was informed that the food was not complete. The food was sent back with the driver. I have still not received my credit or refund for my order.

I must say this is very annoying. I need my money back. Tong Lok Milnerton needs to be band from Mr Delivery if they cannot provide a proper service.

When I called they were negotiating with the driver, ON MY AIRTIME! They have no sense of customer service and why should I be held liable for their incompetence.

I want my credit/refund!
