Funds taken, order not received

I am disgusted in the manner in which your company does business with these small greedy companies that only seek to gain a profit margin but has no way of dealing with customers or customer support i have just been ****** by Kripy King for an order i was unable to cancel, i have been on the call with one person thats trying to help Mohammed, i have contacted your own customer support and they have been no help, i am looking for a refunded and no further compensation keep your voucher i do not want it i just want a refund for the trouble this has caused, please get this sorted out as its my second order with your company and feel i have been let down
