Frustration turned into Pleasure

Had loads of frustration with Mr Delivery to deliver a Takealot order the whole week. After numerous queries, compliments and Menlyn branch not answering their phones, got through to Thereza at Head Office. She arranged that my order was delivered within 30 minutes. Phoned me back twice to make sure everything was on track. What a pleasure to deal with such a person.. Give her a Bell's or a raise or something!!
