Frustrating and Unreliable Service"

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mr. Delivery. I placed an order, but money was deducted from my account, and the order was not processed. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was sent from pillar to post, with no clear answers or solutions. I contacted customer support multiple times, but every time I was redirected to another department or told to wait for feedback that never came. It took an unreasonable amount of time and effort to even address my concern.

This level of service is unacceptable, and I expected much better from a company like this. I hope they improve their refund and support processes because this was a frustrating and time-wasting experience.
