Frustrated!

I order food from you guys and was told my food would be delivered at 18:29, no one contacted me about my order delayed and no one bothered to contact me and told me about the delay, I had to call twice. The first agent I spoke to **** and said the driver was on the way when I called to cancel the order and said the driver was on the way and when I checked on the app the food was still in the restaurant and only got collected at 18:40. The second agent I spoke to was not even helpful instead she was rushing the call.
