********** Transaction & NO RESPONSE FROM MR DELIVERY

A ********** transaction of R276.75 was charged by Mr Delivery on standard bank account. I got a very prompt email on 12th Nov from Emile D saying they take these queries very seriously, well so seriously that to date I have not heard back from them, I have sent follow up emails. Also this transaction said Mr D Cape Town and I am in Johannesburg.
