I do not have an order number, because no order was placed. I received an SMS this morning Friday 2020-12-11 at 03:07 from my bank, informing me of a purchase at Mr D for R 134.80. The reference is Mr D Food Cape Town. Several problems with this, I do not reside in Cape Town and/or I did not order from Cape Town Fish Market at 03:07 in the morning. Please explain to me how my particulars were used to purchase from Mr D Food and immediately correct and reverse the purchase! Also I'm still waiting for feedback from, Malikah Mohamed (Mr D Food ) regarding my other complaint which was lodged lat week Friday, 2020-12-04, reference number, #DFD***0.
