********** taking of money

I have ordered twice from mr delivery bloubergstrand now in the last month. My first order of almost R300 never arrived and although I was promised a refund, refund was never made. Today I ordered a soecial meal for a treat. it was delivered to another address and even though I phoned Mr Delivery directly and followed all the procedures required by the app I was told they could not help me and I was not assisted. I have paid twice, more than R400 and I have not received my food.
