********** deduction from Capitec Bank using my Mr D Food account

On the 11th of January 2022, around 6 pm I received a notification from Capitec bank saying I bought food using the MrD Food app and a deduction was made from my account of which it wasn't me who made that purchase. the last time I used the app to buy food was in October 2021 even my order history will support that and I didn't give anyone my details or make use of someone's phone to log in to my account. I reported the incident immediately after that notification and they said they'll get back to me as they will investigate but I'm still waiting. how long it will take to investigate ***** that happened within their system. I am very disappointed in their service. Please help.
