***** not acted upon by Mr D

Had the most horrible experience with this business. On Monday 21 March 2022, I receive a notification from my bank that Mr D is trying to debit an amount from my account for an order. Luckily that account does not have funds, and it is rejected and I am charged with fees. This happens twice. I now realise that someone has my card details and I immediately phone Mr D to ascertain who the order is for and what the address for my delivery is. Since the 21st I phone everyday and everyday a different agent says that they will phone me back and escalate the matter to the accounts department. Nobody ever phones back and I explained numerous times that my card details are in possession of someone else and if my salary gets paid, I stand the chance of someone emptying my account. Nothing happens. Today I contact them again just to hear they I must stop my card at the bank as they need to protect the other person's information!!!! I explain that it is my card and information and I cannot stop the card as I have several purchases going of that card monthly and need to check who delivery was for. They refused to assist. This is the most horrifying experience I ever had since I know someone had to have my details and I cannot do anything. I believe this is ***** and Mr D is enabling this and not enabling me to stop this.
