Mr Delivery drivers eating food and app being unfair to customers

I ordered food (order number DFD***) Wednesday 27/07/2022 evening from Romans Pizza Chris Hani mall Vosloorus. The driver got here and sent me a message that they were here but I did not see the message because everytime they come to deliver they call when outside This did not happen.I called the call centre when i saw that it's getting later and my other order did not arrive . This was the first time I was treated this way. I logged a complaint the person i spoke to was very rude and unprofessional to me he told me that they won't refund me bqck my money. He made sure I regret ever taking the app and using it. I have since deleted the app because I have never had such gross treatment and have be protecting the APP but today I decided to delete it. The drivers have eaten my food. I ended up with no food and no refund
