***** and ********* behavior

I've made two food purchases from Mr Delivery. Both occasions they debited my account then said something went wrong. Im still waiting for a refund into my bank account and not in my credit wallet on the app. This is absolutely pathetic service. I've contacted this company multiple times but nothing was done. I've read up on people's comments and i can see that Mr Delivery clearly takes people's money. I've lost over R300 to this company. I've never experienced such ********* behavior with uber eats. I'll never be using their service again, no one should.
