Food was ordered 2 hours ago

I placed an order 18:20. It is 20:20, and the app shows that my food is still being prepared. I called the restaurant at 19:35, they said that my food was collected 10 minutes ago. None of the numbers listed for Mr D works. The whatsapp line is an AI. Now at 20:24 it shows that the food was collected by the driver. This is ridiculous
