FOOD WAS OFF AND BURNT YET THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE ME FULL REIMBUR*****T

I ordered food from an indian cuisin restuarant and the rice was cold and not fresh, the chips were half cooked, the red meat was COMPLETELY OFF and he chicken was burnt. i took photos and complained to MR D and they gave me a R50 coupon for food I paid R291 for, i didnt accept that coupon and they came back with a coupon worth R138.

WHAT THE HELL??????? WHY SHOULD I BEG FOR A FULL REIMBU*****T?

YOU DIDNT HESITATE TO TAKE MY MONEY BUT WHEN I SHOW YOU PHOTOS OF THE NONSENSE I RECEIVED, AND HOW IT WA BURNT AND OFF, I SHOULD BEG TO GET MY MONEY BACK?

HOW WOULD YOU HAVE FELT IF THIS HAPPENED TO YOU?

YOU GUYS ARE PATHETIC HONESTLY.

You condone such behaviour from these restuarants and may they continue to let you down until you loose business becaue you dont care about your customers.
