Food ordered and paid online without delivery
<p>I ordered food online and paid using my Cr Card at 17h15. After entering my otp it failed to go to the confirmation screen. I then contacted the call Centre, spoke to Nkosi. She confirmed payment was received and that she will contact the east rand mall branch. At 19h20 after not receiving the food I made contact with the call Centre again. This time spoke to Matilda. She then said there is a problem but spoke to the manager at east rand mall and he confirmed that the order is on the way. At 20h40 I called again and then was told that east rand mall never got the order and the restaurant is now closed. I then asked for a refund and the person (team leader / manager) said that they will arrange with the branch to refund me. At 22h27 Edward from east rand mall phoned me to say that they can't refund me. It's only R272 but this how Mr Delivery don't deliver food and then refuse to refund people that paid for a service they never received. </p>
And still no refund. It's sad that their so called call centre manager Jason can't resolve the issue. All he said is that my bank is a **** and that the money was refunded. How can it be refunded if my online banking also still show an outstanding debit authorisation transaction for R272.76 for Mr Delivery???
