Food not received

I placed a good order via the app but did not get my food. When I checked the app it showed that the food had been delivered. I have been using this delivery address for a while now and the food had been paid for. I called the restaurant where I ordered from and they told me that the name of the driver is Givemore Dhliwayo. This is theft and I am disappointed in the service.
