Food not delivered while payment has been made

I have ordered food at around 21h00, my food was supposed to be delivered around 21h50 maximum And my food never arrived, I've tried to reach out to the driver but no respond

This was supposed to be my supper, right now am sleeping on an empty stomach And funny part I've made a payment to you guys

This is really ridiculous
