Food not delivered. No refund. Poor customer service

I ordered food at MacDonald's on mothers day. My food was never delivered. I got a call from Mr delivery that the driver cant find my place and the order will be cancelled and I will get my refund immediately . I am still battling to get my refund. I have sent emails but I was told I can only get 50% of my money back. It has been more than a week but I still haven't received a single cent. I want my full refund because I did not cancel the order. I will never order through this app again. it is better to order direct to the store.
