Food Not Delivered, Money Deducted

I placed an order at 11:39 in the morning.<br> <br> I am writting this at 1512. The order has not been delivered.<br> <br> The local Branch says they cannot see the order in full and refuse to deliver it.<br> <br> Head Office says they can see the order and have instructed branch to deliver.<br> <br> I have called both branches at least 12 times, using my own airtime.<br> <br> Did i mention that they have already deducted the money from my account? This is despite that their websiute says they will only deduct money on delivery. <br> <br> Clear misrepresentation.<br> <br> They ask you to hold, and then hang up.<br> <br> They also refuse instant refund. <br> <br> On their end they have made their loot i suppose.
