Food not delivered by Mr D

I ordered food from Hungry Lion Middestad Mall on Tuesday, 31 October 2023 via the Mr D App. I had given strict order for the driver to enter campus as the gate was too far for me to walk. When he was at the gate, he called to let me know and I asked him nicely to drive in and exactly where we would meet. As he was about to enter the gate, he called me again and gave the phone to the security guard who I asked to direct him to exactly where I was. He then drove in, as he was about to get to where I was, he then turned left instead of right and that’s when I called him and he didn’t pick up my calls. Eventually, when I got him via his phone I told him to wait where he was and that it was going to take me a while to get to him. When I called him again, he stopped picking up my calls and responding to my WhatsApp messages. After a while he changed the delivery status to delivered and when I called him again, he blocked me on WhatsApp. So I did not receive my food yesterday yet the driver says he delivered. I logged multiple queries yesterday on the app yet no one has gotten back to me and I even tried to call but I had to wait due to high volumes of calls. I want my money back ASAP. This is terrible service from Mr D and I am so disappointed!! Order Number: DFD***
