Food not delivered

I placed an order of R165.80 for Mc D via Mr Delivery. I'm so disgusted with the driver and want my refund asap, so the driver didn't deliver my order so I waited for about 15 min then drove to Mc D to get details for tgat driver. His name is Isaac cell number ***, I asked the driver about my order he told me that it's not safe so he has my food with at his house. At first I thought let me get the food, tried to negotiate on a convineit place which is Carltex garage so that he gives me my food, he then made sounds of being doubtful. I recently gave birth via C-section and my wound hasn't healed, I had to buy food again as Isaac didn't want to meet up with me. I'm in pain due to I had to drive to Mc D, my car is on reserve imagine if I got stuck due to petrol with a 9 days old baby I want my money back and reimbursed for all the trouble. I want someone to call me on ***.
