Food Not Delivered and no reimbur*****ts

I ordered food from Mr Delivery. The driver got lost and consequently didn’t deliver my food. I have called Mr delivery to ask for my reimbur*****t. The lady hang up with no course of action taking. I am currently escalating the matter. Please do not order from Mr Delivery. Try UberEats and whatever alternative is available.
