Food not delivered

<p>Good day.</p> <p>I recently over the weekend ordered food at Mr Delivery. I did not receive my order and I was advice that should I not receive my order, I'm liable for that. I was told I didn't answer my phone when the delivery guy came and I was also informed that he could not get the area where my delivery was due to be delivered, it's a contracditing story because he could not find the place where I live as I was outside waiting for the food to come. The app stipulated that he is out. I did not get the call. one guy from Mr delivery called to inform me that my delivery was on the way, A Mr Mohammed Naido. Called me on 2 different numbers(+27 (84) ********** and ********** ) of which I called back at the appropriate time of delivery and the number that I was due to call to find out my delivery was drop off was <br /> ********** . I called this number numerous times at the time when my delivery was due, as the app stipulated. Now this cannot be my fault as I confirmed my address with Mr Mohammed and also called to find out if my delivery was outside. And I also stood outside to see if anyone was there.this is unacceptable as I have never had problems with receiving any other orders, and for it to happen from mr delivery alone is unfair. It's not fair on me because I paid for a service and my end was not met. Kindly assist with this please.</p>
