Food not deliver monies not refunded

What an *********** bunch of drivers and call center staff. They can not resolve any problem useless is not enough to express my experience with them. I orderd food on the app I have 2 adresses they didnt deliver it took it back hell knows wherther it was for the driver an his family or what the driver refused to give his name and then supp**** us with a wrong number after saying he need to contact head office to get confirmation and it would take an hour who would like could food I see it as a bunch off ------
