Food never delivered but was charged for it!!!

I placed an order on the 29/01/2021 for a pizza delivery at 18:00,my order was then cancelled by the restaurant at 19:20 after I had waited for food,I tried calling the restaurant but no one was picking up the phone and I haven’t received my refund for the food that I never even received.this is becoming a regular thing with you guys.you take clients money and never deliver the food or the food is delivered cold and hours late..please refund me my money and I shall never use ur services ever again..
