Food never arrived

Good day

On the 28th of January I ordered chicken licken to be delivered and it never arrived. Please can I have my mobey back or can I have the food back as I paid. I even put optional cellphone number to call incase but still the other number did not receive a call. Please please respond and give my money back or deliver my food one of the 2 will do.
