FOOD ****MER

I placed an order however the APP was not tracking, it only showed me that ETA is 20:02, come 20:05 still there was no action. next thing the order is cancelled. When I contacted the center I spoke to an Urgent named Sne, The lady informed me that in cases like this they refund 50% and when I told Her I don't want that and asked that they contact the driver as their own to come back, she told me that there will be an extra fee and when I told her that it don't matter as I have kids that are hungry I will pay the extra fee, She then told that she doesn't have means to contact the driver which I found fascinating, like this people works for them yet they cant assist me in contacting the driver but quick to give Me 50% back.

For Me this sounded much like a ****, Now I have to make other means at the last hour so that the kids don't starve.

Pretty much not forgetting that when I contacted Romans Pizza I was informed that the driver arrived late for pick up and yet He was quick to cancel my order. Apparently this is how they roll so they can have the food for themselves.

1st experience and definitely my last with this ****mers.
