Food delivery disaster

I ordered a pizza from Rosebank, and after 15 minutes the app confirmed that the order had been picked up by the driver and was en route to Sandton... 1 hour later I had to contact customer support to find out where my food was, and seconds after the call the app updated that the food was delivered. Called customer support again and they said they would find the driver and get the food delivered, at which point I requested that the order be cancelled as I was not going to receive food that had potentially been delivered to the wrong person. Driver appeared 20 minutes later with a story about being late, and I sent him back with the pizza. Disappointed with the service and with the expectation that I would receive food that passed many hands and over 1 hour from pick up to delivery! Oh and I’m hoping they reimburse the driver tip as well!
