Food collection / delivery through Mr Delivery is lack luster

Poor delivery of food i ordered through a franchise. food not only arrived late and missing half of the items i ordered, but the driver took his own route to get to my location. I've used Mr Delivery for alot of services, as well provide a reasonable and sometimes more than a generous tip. and this is the service you pay for.
