FNB petro card not delivered 2 weeks later

After I had issues with FNB with my additional petro card I am now sitting with MR D Couriers not answering their phones nor calling to advise when they will deliver my card.

3 weeks of disservice and it is completely unacceptable. I am very much inconvenienced by the service.

Someone needs to take responsibility.
