FNB Gold credit card

I got approved for my FNB gold credit card and on Friday the 9/02/2018 I got a message from FNB saying " FNB:-) Mr D Courier will be in touch to arrange delivery of your credit card. FNB-div of FRB Ltd" and they have not called me since. When I got the card they said it will be delivered to the nearest branch in the 3 business days but Mr delivery has not even called me to arrange for delivery. I'm confused as to how long it takes for it to be delivered
