FNB card waiting 4 weeks

I'm utterly irritated with this company. After many phone calls that they drop the phone as soon as i say hello i phoned and asked for my card to be delivered after waiting 2 weeks. Waited another week and still no card, made arrangements with fnb for my card to be delivered to a branch after many fights with the delivery company and a week later i still get smses to say card will be delivered. Its been 4 weeks and i still dont have my cards and they dont want to deliver to a branch. I'm so fed up with this **** service that i actually just want to cancel my account at fnb because of them. I suggest a manager gets in contact with me as soon as possible.
