FNB card delivery

Ordered a Petrol Card from FNB last week Thursday. FNB 's service was awesome, BUT they should change couriers!! MR D phones you ONCE and then wants you to phone back but you are put on hold for hours!! Eventually someone answered - just to tell me that it is a different name on the paperwork, but my cell number! Not acceptable! I went back to my branch to try and sort the whole thing out - again the customer service woman tried to get through to no avail! Another card was processed and today I get this phone call from them, very arrogant, to tell me they want to deliver the card., told her I want to collect at the branch. The call was cut off and she never even made an effort to phone back - no use YOU as client phone back because they do not answer the phone!! Received two sms messages later to tell me the card will be delivered on Saturday before five. Very nice - not at home because we are away for weekend! FNB should find another courier because MR D is useless!!
