Fix your app

Giving them a 1 rating merely because it’s the lowest I could possibly go....

There app is actually useless, the order told me, “your order is paused, we are waiting for a driver” next second the app freezes on me.... so I had to close the app and reopen it, and lord and behold my order is gone... thanks for destroying my Friday night.... much appreciated.
