Fist and last time I use Mr Delivery, Disappointing Service

Such disappointing service. I'm in Bylsbridge Office Park in Centurion and I ordered from Burger King in Jean Avenue. An hour after the order was placed, I still hadn't received my food. When I tried calling them their phones wouldn't go through. I ended up sending an email. Someone called me and informed me that the matter would be escalated and I would be contacted. Two hours after placing my order I still hadn't received my food nor has anyone came back to me. I ended up canceling the order. It's my first and last time using Mr Delivery. I've never experienced such poor service, and i use Uber Eats constantly.
