Faulty app and lying drivers!!

The drivers calling while they're almost 10 minutes away, lying and saying they're outside just so they don't have to wait when they get there is what is going to make me stop using this App. Worse because you cant actually track them because the App is so faulty they don't even move when you check to see where they are!
