False Promoting

I had placed an order on MR D Food's app with a promo code where I get R50 off a R150 purchase at Mochachos and they deducted my entire bill without taking of the R50 as promoted. I spoke to a customer care consultant and he had asked me to email my query but no one has come back to me as yet.
