False and misleading advertising and insulting customer service

You guys advertised a Happy hour buy one get one special offer. I have only received one meal.

When we adressed this with Mr D they did not offer an apology but an excuse that Spur Special is not part of the buy 1 get 1.

Their advertising is clearly a indicating buy one get one free. As presented this does not merely indicate a discount, I am sorry I refuse to accept that explanation. This can bee seen in both screenshots. This is clearly false advertising or misleading at best and I would like further explanation based on the facts I have presented.
